The ImaginAsian™ Purchase Policy

In order to make your ImaginAsian experience as easy, equitable, and efficient as possible, please take a moment to read the policies below carefully. The following purchase policy is designed to certify your understanding and satisfaction of the ticket purchasing process on The ImaginAsian's Online Ticket Purchasing Service (referred to herein as "iaTix"). By continuing to access and use any service on this site, you agree to accept the following policies:

FEES AND PAYMENTS

By using iaTix, you agree to pay all charges, taxes, and surcharges incurred through your purchase of tickets. You will not be charged for access to iaTix unless The ImaginAsian obtains your prior agreement to pay such charges. The user shall agree to pay all fees and charges incurred through your account, including but not limited to charges for any products or services offered for sale through iaTix or by any other vendor or service provider. All fees and charges shall be billed to you, and you shall be solely responsible for their payment. You shall pay all applicable taxes relating to the use of iaTix through your account, and the purchase of any other products or services. iaTix requires a flat surcharge in addition to the cost of the ticket and all applicable taxes. In no event will iaTix be used until The ImaginAsian receives all payments by you for charges, taxes, and fees.

RIGHTS RESERVED

All present and future rights in and to trade secrets, patents, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, know-how, and other proprietary rights of any type under the laws of any governmental authority, domestic or foreign, including rights in and to all applications and registrations relating to The ImaginAsian's website or to iaTix (the "Intellectual Property Rights") shall, as between the user and The ImaginAsian website, at all times be and remain the sole and exclusive property of The ImaginAsian. All present and future rights in and title to The ImaginAsian website and/or iaTix (including the right to exploit The ImaginAsian website and/or iaTix and any portions of The ImaginAsian website and/or iaTix over any present or future technology) are reserved to The ImaginAsian for exclusive use.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

As stated in our terms of use, The ImaginAsian does not offer refunds or exchanges for lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or unusable tickets purchased through iaTix or at our box-office. Tickets purchased through iaTix are also subject to a non-refundable per-ticket surcharge. Please confirm the title, time, and date of the movie you wish to see prior to purchasing your ticket.

In order to guarantee your purchased seat, The ImaginAsian removes the number of tickets you purchase from the theater's inventory at the time of purchase through iaTix. This reduces the overall availability of seats for that particular show time. In order to maximize the accessibility of our movie showings to all our customers, we strongly recommend that you contact The ImaginAsian's box office immediately if you are unable to attend a show time for which you have already purchased tickets.

PICKING UP YOUR TICKETS

After you purchase your tickets through iaTix you will receive a confirmation email stating your confirmation number and an electronic ticket. Please print out this bar-coded self-printed ticket and bring it to the theater to redeem your purchased seat(s). If you do not have access to a printer, simply bring your confirmation number with you to the box-office to retrieve your purchased ticket.

The ImaginAsian requires you to present (1) a picture ID and (2) the credit card used to purchase your tickets through iaTix (or any third party online ticket vendor, such as Fandango, moviefone.com, or movietickets.com). The number printed on the credit card you present must match the number stored for your ticket purchasing transaction.

PAYMENT METHODS

The ImaginAsian accepts Mastercard, Visa and American Express. We also accept debit cards. The ImaginAsian does not accept "Single-Use" card number security products.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Purchasers will be responsible for payment of all applicable taxes in connection with your purchase of any tickets.


ORDER CONFIRMATION

You are responsible for confirmation with The ImaginAsian's box office if you do not receive a confirmation number (via email or confirmation page) after submitting payment information, or if you experience service interruption or an error message following payment information submission. The ImaginAsian will not be responsible for any losses (monetary or otherwise) that are incurred if you assume an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
